High school girls are among the 6,000 attendees at the SWE National Conference each year. Girls attending the conference are typically a part of a program that is coordinated by SWE. Participants attend workshops and professional sessions, as well as taking part in the annual Career Fair. The National Conference is designed for professional women engineers to help them to stay abreast of changes in the industry, sharpen their craft, and develop their leadership skills in engineering.
