The College Prep Network is an online community resource serving middle and high school students, parents, and teachers of math and science. Born out of a need to establish one-stop resources for college preparation, scholarship and program information, competitions and pre-engineering activities, and exposure to a diverse pool of role models – The College Prep Network fills a critical void.

Founded by Dianne Hayes, an award-winning education and science and technology writer and editor, The College Prep Network targets underrepresented groups in science and technology and students who will be the first-generation in their families to go to college. The College Prep Network serves to empower students, parents and educators through articles, resources in a multi-media platform.

The ongoing teacher shortage, especially in the areas of math and science has a direct impact on the quality of education that students receive. We want to offer solutions for teachers including grants, science and math training, corporate partnerships, and other support services.

Corporations and organizations committed to quality STEM education and the importance of preparing tomorrow’s high-tech workforce for jobs in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math are highlighted and partner with us in helping students to be well prepared for the changing U.S. labor market.
